STIHL 08S TS350 TS360 Crankcase Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius crankcase gasket set fits Stihl 08S, TS350 and TS360 chainsaws and disc cutters. The crankcase gasket seals the joint between the two halves of the crankcase, maintaining an airtight seal around the crank chamber that the two-stroke engine relies on to draw in and compress the fuel-air mixture. When the gasket hardens, shrinks or gets damaged during a rebuild, the crankcase seal is lost, causing the engine to draw in false air, resulting in a weak or inconsistent crankcase compression, hard starting, poor idle or erratic running. Fitting a replacement crankcase gasket set restores a properly sealed crank chamber, allowing the engine to build correct crankcase compression again.
