DOLMAR 109 110 111 115 Complete Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius complete gasket set covers the shared top-end sealing needs of Dolmar 109, 110, 111 and 115 chainsaws, with one crankcase gasket, one cylinder gasket, one exhaust muffler gasket and two carburettor gaskets included. Without the crankcase sealed, the two-stroke engine can’t build the vacuum it needs to draw in and compress its fuel-air mixture; the cylinder gasket keeps combustion pressure from escaping at the cylinder-to-crankcase joint; the muffler gasket stops exhaust gases and backpressure leaking out; and the carburettor gaskets keep unmetered air from reaching the fuel-air mixture. Since a rebuild disturbs all four points together, reusing an old gasket at any one of them tends to resurface as hard starting, weak compression, an exhaust leak, or a hunting idle.
