SCHEPPACH CSP2540 Chainsaw Oil Filler Cap

Oil filler cap fits Scheppach CSP2540 and many other 25cc chainsaws. This cap seals the opening of the bar and chain oil tank, keeping oil contained while the saw is in use and preventing debris from entering the tank when refilling. When the cap’s seal perishes, its threads wear, or it no longer seats correctly, it can allow oil to leak past the cap or let dirt and debris into the oil tank, which can then be drawn into the oil pump and delivery system. Fitting a replacement oil filler cap restores a proper seal on the oil tank.
