SCHEPPACH CSP2540 Chainsaw Exhaust Muffler Cover With Bolts

Exhaust muffler cover fits Scheppach CSP2540 and many other 25cc chainsaws. The muffler cover shields the hot exhaust muffler from contact, guarding the operator and surrounding materials against burns or heat damage while also protecting the muffler itself from knocks. When the cover cracks, warps, or its mounting tabs break, it can no longer sit securely over the muffler, exposing the hot surface underneath and increasing the risk of accidental contact. Fitting a replacement cover restores proper heat shielding around the muffler.
