PATRIOT BP 41 Chainsaw Carburettor Vacuum Pipe

Carburettor vacuum pipe fits Patriot BP 41 and many other chainsaws. The vacuum pipe connects the crankcase to the carburettor’s pulse fuel pump, using crankcase pressure pulses to draw fuel through the pump and keep the carburettor primed with fuel during running. When this pipe splits, perishes, or comes loose at its connection, the pulse pump loses its pressure signal, weakening fuel delivery to the carburettor and often causing hard starting, fuel starvation at higher revs, or the engine stalling unexpectedly. Fitting a replacement pipe restores the correct pressure signal to the carburettor’s fuel pump.
