OLEO-MAC GSH400 Chainsaw Anti Vibe (AV) Spring Set

Anti vibe (AV) spring / mount set fits Oleo-Mac GSH400 and many other chainsaws. The AV springs sit in the anti-vibration mounts between the engine and the chassis or handle assembly, absorbing engine vibration before it reaches the operator’s hands. When a spring weakens, snaps, or its mount perishes, vibration damping at that point is lost, and the saw transmits noticeably more vibration through to the handles, along with a potential rattling or looseness in how the housing sits relative to the engine. Fitting a replacement spring set restores proper vibration damping.
