HUSQVARNA 570 575 575XP Complete Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius complete gasket set brings together the crankcase gasket, cylinder gasket and exhaust muffler gasket for Husqvarna 570, 575 and 575XP chainsaws in a single pack. Each one has a distinct job: the crankcase seal keeps the crank chamber airtight so it can properly pull in and compress the fuel-air charge, the cylinder gasket closes the gap between cylinder and crankcase, and the muffler gasket keeps exhaust gases from escaping where the muffler attaches. When any of these ages or compresses, the seal it’s supposed to hold weakens — and you’ll usually notice it through poor idling, weaker power delivery, or exhaust escaping near the muffler joint, depending on which one failed. Because these three wear at similar rates, replacing them together during a service or rebuild covers the whole gasket set in one go rather than hunting down each part separately.
