4500 5200 5800 Chainsaw Oil Drive Pump

Oil drive pump fits 4500, 5200 and 5800 Chinese chainsaws with 45cc, 52cc and 58cc engines, including Plantiflex, BBT, B&Q, Silverline, Kiam Sherwood, Sanli, Rok, Whitemoss, Skatco, Eckman, Timbertech, Tarus, Viron, MT and Trueshopping Raptor and others. The oil pump is driven off the crankshaft and delivers a continuous supply of bar and chain oil to the guide bar groove during cutting. On the 4500/5200/5800 platform, a failing oil pump is one of the most common causes of premature guide bar and chain wear the pump body is plastic and degrades over time through heat and oil exposure, eventually cracking or seizing. A dry bar, visible oil starvation on the cutting chain, or oil pooling beneath the saw from a cracked pump body all indicate a failed pump. Fitting a replacement restores full chain lubrication and protects the bar and chain from heat damage.
