2500 25CC Chainsaw Wide Oil Drive Pump Worm Gear

Wide oil drive pump worm gear fits 2500 and 3800 Chinese chainsaws with 25cc and 38cc engines, including Timberpro, Komatsu Zenoah, Lawnflite, Carlton, Painier, B&Q, Draper, Sanli, Sovereign and Powerplus. The wide worm gear is a wider-profile variant of the standard worm gear used on the same engine platform the two differ in tooth width and overall body thickness, so confirm against your old part before ordering. Like the standard gear, it sits on the crankshaft and drives the oil pump rotor to maintain continuous bar and chain oil flow to the guide bar. A stripped or worn wide worm gear disconnects the oil pump entirely, causing chain lubrication failure while the engine continues to run normally making the fault easy to miss until visible guide bar or chain wear appears.
