MCCULLOCH CS35 PARTNER 340S 350S 360S Exhaust Muffler

This exhaust muffler fits McCulloch CS35 and Partner 340S, 350S, 360S chainsaws, replacing part number 583836901. The muffler bolts to the cylinder’s exhaust port, containing and directing the hot exhaust gases leaving the engine while maintaining the exhaust backpressure the two-stroke engine relies on for proper scavenging. When a muffler develops rust holes, cracked seams, or a loose baffle, it can leak exhaust gases, run louder than normal, or lose the backpressure needed for correct engine performance. Fitting a replacement muffler restores proper exhaust containment and correct backpressure.
