OLEO-MAC 938 941 Complete Gasket Set

Without a good seal at the crankcase, this two-stroke engine can’t build the vacuum it needs to draw in and compress the fuel-air mixture; a leaking cylinder gasket lets combustion pressure bleed away at the cylinder-to-crankcase joint; and a failed muffler gasket allows exhaust gases and backpressure to escape where they shouldn’t. These three points are exactly where a top-end rebuild tends to disturb the old gaskets, and once disturbed, paper and rubber gaskets rarely reseal on their own — the usual outcome is hard starting, a flat-feeling engine, or an audible exhaust leak.
