HONDA GX35 UMK435 Flywheel

Flywheel fits Honda GX35 engines used in Honda UMK435 strimmers and brushcutters. The flywheel is mounted on the crankshaft taper of the GX35 four-stroke engine, where its embedded ignition magnets pass the ignition coil on each revolution to generate the spark timing signal. Unlike two-stroke flywheels, the GX35 flywheel also drives the recoil starter engagement mechanism and contributes to smooth power delivery across the engine’s operating range. A cracked or damaged flywheel, or one displaced from the taper, disrupts ignition timing and results in hard starting or a complete no-spark condition. Replacing it restores correct ignition function and reliable engine operation.
