Oil outlet pipe fits Hecht 947, 957, Makita DCS460, DCS461, DCS500, DCS501, DCS4600, DCS5000, DCS5121, DE5045 and Dolmar PS-460, PS-500, PS-4600, PS-5000 chainsaws, replacing part numbers 947000123 and 181245120. The oil outlet pipe connects the oil pump to the guide bar groove, carrying bar and chain oil from the pump outlet to the lubrication point on the bar. A cracked, kinked or blocked pipe cuts off oil delivery between the pump and the bar, producing a dry guide bar even when the oil pump and worm gear are both functional. The pipe should be inspected alongside the oil pump whenever oil starvation is diagnosed on these saws.
