ECHO CS-310 CS-352 Echo CS-353 SHINDAIWA 340S Chainsaw Brake Band Repair Kit

Brake band repair kit fits Echo CS-352 (ES) chainsaw; some of the parts may also fit the Echo CS-310, CS-353 (ES) and Shindaiwa 340S. The brake band wraps around the clutch drum and, when the chain brake is triggered, clamps down to stop the drive sprocket and chain instantly. When the band wears thin, stretches, or its friction lining glazes over, it can no longer grip the drum firmly, leading to a weak or delayed chain brake response. Fitting this repair kit restores proper brake band tension and grip on the clutch drum.
