YAMAHA 75 HP – 90 HP Outboard Intake / Carburettor Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius intake/carburettor gasket set is made for Yamaha 75 HP – 90 HP outboard engines and includes both the carburettor gasket and the intake manifold gasket. Together they seal the joints between the carburettor, intake manifold and cylinder block, keeping the incoming air-fuel mixture contained within a sealed passage on its way to the cylinder. Once these gaskets harden, compress or crack, they can no longer hold a proper seal at their joints, allowing unmetered air to enter the intake tract. This upsets the air-fuel ratio and often shows up as a rough idle, hesitation under acceleration or hard starting. Fitting a new set whenever the carburettor or intake manifold is removed helps keep both joints properly sealed.
