HUSQVARNA PARTNER K960 K970 MK II Complete Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius complete gasket set fits Husqvarna / Partner K960 and K970 Mark II disc cutters, replacing part number 544229806, with two crankcase gaskets, two cylinder gaskets and one exhaust muffler gasket included. The crankcase gaskets maintain the seal a two-stroke engine relies on to draw in and compress the fuel-air mixture; the cylinder gaskets contain combustion pressure at the cylinder-to-crankcase joint; and the muffler gasket holds exhaust gases and backpressure at the exhaust joint. Running at the high, sustained revs typical of a disc cutter, gaskets at these points wear quickly, and leaving one worn in place usually shows up as hard starting, weak compression, or an audible exhaust leak. This set replaces all of them together.
