YAMAHA 100 HP – 200 HP Outboard Exhaust Inner Outer Cover Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius exhaust inner & outer cover gasket set fits Yamaha 100 HP – 200 HP outboard engines. These gaskets seal the inner and outer exhaust covers against the engine block, keeping exhaust gases and cooling water properly contained and directed as they pass through the exhaust housing. Once a gasket in this set becomes worn, compressed or damaged, it can no longer hold a tight seal, allowing exhaust or water leakage at the cover joints. This affects how exhaust and cooling flow are routed through the assembly. Fitting a new set whenever the exhaust covers are removed for servicing helps restore a proper seal.
