TATRA 603 Carburettor Diaphragm & Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius carburettor diaphragm / membrane and gasket set fits Tatra 603 engines. The carburettor diaphragm and its associated gaskets are the internal consumable components of the carburettor — the diaphragm flexes with fuel pressure changes to meter fuel delivery, while the gaskets seal the various carburettor body joints. When the diaphragm hardens, perishes or tears, fuel delivery becomes inconsistent, leading to hard starting, hunting at idle, stalling under load or poor throttle response. Fitting a fresh diaphragm and gasket set rebuilds the carburettor’s internal sealing and restores correct fuel metering.
